What does the membership fee cover?

Membership enhances but does not replace insurance. Health insurance is necessary for labs, imaging, specialist consultations, medications, hospital stays, and procedures. Dr. Dang’s office helps with insurance coordination, referrals, and communication with referring physicians for continuity of care. Collaboration with existing healthcare providers ensures comprehensive monitoring and management of your health.
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes. Insurance is still needed for office visits, labs, imaging, specialist visits, medications, hospital services, and procedures.
The membership covers enhanced access and services delivered directly by Dr. Dang.
How do I contact Dr. Dang as a concierge member?
Members are provided with Dr. Dang’s private cell phone number and email to facilitate timely, direct communication regarding medical questions or concerns.
How quickly can I be seen if I’m sick?
Concierge members are offered same-day or next-day sick visits during office hours, ensuring minimal wait times for care.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. Virtual visits are available for follow-up appointments, medication inquiries, minor health concerns, and when in-person visits are not feasible.
What if I need a specialist?
Dr. Dang coordinates referrals, communicates directly with specialists, and ensures that your care plan remains integrated and consistent.
Where do appointments take place?
Appointments are conducted at the Pasadena office. Blood work may be completed either in-office or at your home for medicare members.
How do the membership payments work?
Tier 1: $2,250
Tier 2: $3,000 and includes 2 in-home visits
Tier 3: $5,000 and includes 8 in-home visits
Membership is renewed annually.
Is there a limit to how many members you accept?
Yes, to ensure every patient receives exceptional access and personalized care, Dr. Dang limits the number of concierge members. If enrollment is full, you can join our waitlist and will be notified as soon as a spot opens up. This way, you stay informed and ready to begin your journey to better health.
Can I join at any time of the year?
Yes, enrollment is open year-round as long as membership slots are available.
